Jann's affinity for art and travel combined with a study of architecture and interior design developed her distinct style of painting. Her studies of European cities are alive with rich textures amid light and shadow. Views of the countryside, whether Europe's vineyards or California's valleys show compositions worthy of nature's varied palette.

She is a Signature member of the National Watercolor Society and California Watercolor Society and conducts watercolor workshops, painting tours and is cover artist for the Karen Brown travel book series. Many of Jann's images are in print and she has co-authored the book, "Creative Computer Tools for Artists".
