Barbara Bailey-Porter primarily works in oil, in the plein air tradition, loosely interpreting the landscape in a spontaneous reaciton to her enviroment. SheÊ recently received the Plein Air Painters of America Scholarship Award and currently teaches at The Academy of Art College in San Francisco and DeAnza College in Cupertino.
