Ruth Waters is a sculptor working mostly in hardwoods and marble. Bronze editions are cast from the molds taken of the wood or marble pieces with never more than ten in an edition. She is a leader in the community as the founder and director of the Silicon Valley Art Museum and the 1870 Artist Studios.
